Our Heritage

Bringing the slow romance of Parisian cafés to Prior Lake

We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 5 with a simple, quiet rebellion: to slow down the morning rush. Inspired by the sidewalk bistros of Paris, we wanted to create a space where coffee isn't just fuel, but a ritual to be savored.

Our signature cold brew is steeped for exactly eighteen hours, dropping slowly to capture the deepest, low-acid notes of chocolate and stone fruit. We source our beans from passionate local roasters and pair each cup with pastries laminated by hand with real butter.
